How to Lose Weight Without Exercises

Have you ever thought about losing weight? If you weight too much or it comes to difficulties with breathing and thus you’ve got quite a lot of diseases, then you should have thought about losing weight. Apart of consulting your physician, weight loss is quite essential in the process of being healthy again.

The most common problem in losing weight is that people begin to do exercises. I don’t know why, but they think that the quicker they lose weight, the quicker they become healthy.

That is not true, as when one lose weight too quickly, it can quite simply lead to additional diseases, as our body is not used to transform from one state to another so rapidly.

What if I offer you to eat all what you’ve used to eat earlier, do no exercises and still lose weight?
